About the Founder
Dror Rotter is the founder and managing director of – a business development company that helps Israeli firms enter and succeed in the Japanese market.
He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion and an M.Sc. in Information Science from the Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST) in Japan. With over 20 years of experience in high-tech, medical devices, water, and irrigation industries, he supports companies entering the Japanese market, building partnerships, and managing negotiations with Japanese corporations.
Thanks to his command of the Japanese language, deep understanding of business culture, and strong professional network built over two decades, he helps clients bridge cultural gaps and establish trust with Japanese business partners.
Dror works directly with his clients and represents them in Japan – from learning and understanding their products, through developing entry strategies, to managing ongoing operations in the local market.
