2 競争参加資格

(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 総務省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格) 「役務の提供等」のA又はB等級に格付けされた、 関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。
3 入札者に求められる義務等入札に参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に明記されている書類等を令和8年7月13日午後5時までに、下記5に示す場所に提出しなければならない。提出された証明書等を審査の結果、当該物品を供給できると認められた者に限り入札の対象者とする。なお、提出した証明書等について説明を求められたときは、これに応じなければならない。
