Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount; bidders must state 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Eligibility: Those who do not fall under Articles 5 and 6 of the National University Corporation Yamagata University Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent may participate under special reasons. Must be rated A, B, or C in the provision of services in the Tohoku region for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification system. Those lending the goods to third parties must prove ability to lend themselves and to third parties, and have a maintenance system in place. Must have qualifications set by the Kojirakawa Campus Director under Article 7 of the contract regulations. Must not be under suspension of transactions with the university.
