1. Procurement details
(1) Item classification numbers: 71, 27
(2) Procurement subject and planned quantity: Equipment replacement and related work for the Market Surveillance Digital Forensic (DF) System, one set.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As per the tender documents.
(4) Contract period: From contract conclusion date until March 31, 2027.

(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus consumption tax and local consumption tax, rounded down to the nearest yen. Bidders must state the bid amount excluding consumption taxes regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order.
(3) Must have Grade A, B, or C qualification for "Sales of goods" or "Provision of services" under the Cabinet Office unified qualification for fiscal years 2025-2027, with competition eligibility in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Must not be under suspension or similar measures by ministries or agencies.
(5) Must be recognized as having no extreme deterioration in management or creditworthiness and capable of proper contract performance.
(6) Must pledge and comply with the exclusion of organized crime groups as per the tender documents.
(7) Must submit required certificates and obtain approval from the responsible official.
