1. Procurement details:

(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.

2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Contract Handling Regulations of National University Corporation Kumamoto University. Minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion may be exceptions under special reasons.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C grade in the Kyushu-Okinawa region for 'sale of goods' in the national competitive participation qualification (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) for fiscal year 2026. Applications for this qualification are accepted at the designated application reception offices as per the government procurement notice dated March 31, 2026.
(3) Must prove that a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods is established.
(4) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contracting officer.
