1 調達内容

(2) 購入等件名及び数量福島地方裁判所庁舎等で使用する電気契約電力202kWほか使用予定電力量990,200kWh
(3) 調達件名の特質等入札説明書による。
(4) 供給期間令和8年8月1日から令和9年7月31日まで。

(6) 入札方法入札金額は、福島地方裁判所庁舎、福島地方裁判所郡山支部庁舎、福島地方裁判所白河支部庁舎、福島地方裁判所会津若松支部庁舎、福島地方裁判所いわき支部庁舎について、各社において設定する契約電力に対する単価(kW単価、同一月においては単一のものとする。)及び使用電力量に対する単価(kWh単価、同一月においては単一のものとする。)を根拠(小数点以下を含むことができる。)とし、当庁が提示する各庁の契約電力及び予定使用電力量の対価を算出し、各庁の合計額を入札金額とすること。なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 令和07・08・09年度最高裁判所競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)の「物品の販売」において、A、B又はC等級に格付けされている者で、東北地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。ただし、B又はC等級に格付けされた者は、本入札と同等以上の「物品の販売」 実績を有することを証明できる者であること。
(4) 上記2(3)の資格の申請の時期及び場所は、 全省庁統一資格申請の方法による。
(5) 電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき、小売電気事業の登録を受けていること。
(6) 開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対象外とすることを定める措置を受けていないこと。
(7) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。

(3) 入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(4) 契約書作成の要否要。
(5) 電子調達システムの利用本件は、入開札等を電子調達システムを利用した方式により実施するものとする。ただし、電子入札方式により難い者は、支出負担行為担当官の承諾を得た場合に限り、紙入札方式により参加し、 又は紙入札方式へ変更することができる。
