Replacement of Surveillance Camera System at Miura Radio Monitoring Center

1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 16, 28.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Comprehensive contract for replacement work of the surveillance camera system at Miura Radio Monitoring Center.

(6) Tender method: Lowest price bidding method. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must enter in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
(7) This procurement will use the "Electronic Procurement System" for bidding and bid opening procedures. However, if it is difficult to use the system, a written reason must be submitted to the location indicated in section 3(1) between June 17, 2026, 10:00 and July 17, 2026, 17:00, and only with approval may paper bidding and bid opening be allowed. 2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act. Minors or persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent may be exceptions under special reasons.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act.
(3) Must be registered in Grade A to D for "Building management and various maintenance management" or "Other" in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' unified qualification for provision of services, with eligibility for the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Must not be controlled by organized crime groups or equivalent.

4 Obligations for bidders:
Bidders wishing to participate must attend the site survey and submit the preliminary estimate as specified in the tender documents via the electronic procurement system between June 17, 2026, 10:00 and July 17, 2026, 17:00. If unable to use the electronic system, submission must be made to the location in 3(1) by the deadline. Only those whose preliminary estimates are approved will be eligible to bid. Explanations may be requested for submitted estimates and must be provided.
