(3) 令和07・08・09年度内閣府所管競争参加資格審査(全省庁統一資格) 「物品の製造」又は 「物品の販売」のA、B、C又はDの等級に格付けされた競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4) 内閣府本府における物品等の契約に係る指名停止等措置要領等に基づく指名停止を受けている期間中の者でないこと。
