1. Procurement details
(1) Item classification number: 14
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Renovation of disaster information display equipment at the Kyushu Disaster and Volcano Technology Center for fiscal year 2026 (electronic bidding target project)

(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are rounded down). Bidders must enter 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Bidders must estimate the contract amount including all expenses.
(7) Use of electronic procurement system (GEPS): This project requires submission of qualification documents, bidding, and contracting via the electronic procurement system. If electronic submission is difficult, paper submission is allowed.
2. Qualification requirements
(1) Must not fall under Articles 70 or 71 of the Budget and Accounting Act.
(2) Must have general competitive bidding qualification for fiscal years 2025-2027 in the Kyushu-Okinawa region with grade B or C for 'service provision' category.
(3) Must not be under corporate reorganization or civil rehabilitation procedures.
(4) Must not have been suspended from bidding by the Kyushu Regional Development Bureau director during the qualification period.
(5) Must prove performance records as specified in the bidding instructions.
(6) If applying as a business cooperative, members must not submit individual applications.
(7) Must not be excluded by police authorities as controlled by organized crime.
(8) Must have directly obtained the bidding instructions as specified.
