Bidders must submit a bid form indicating the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax. Eligibility for participation: Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Contract Rules).
