(3) 令和7・8・9年度における物品の製造・販売等に係る競争契約の参加資格(以下「全省庁統一資格」という。)の「物品の製造」又は「物品の販売」のいずれかで「A」、 「B」 又は「C」等級に格付けされている者であること。
(4) その他独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇用支援機構高知支部契約担当役支部長が別に定める資格を有することを証明した者であること。
