1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 24.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: A one complete Imaging Cell Analyzer System, B two complete Cell Sorter Systems.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As described in the tender specifications.

(5) Delivery location: Chiba University Inohana Campus.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (any fraction less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.

2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of the National University Corporation Chiba University Contract Handling Rules. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may qualify under special reasons.
(2) Must have Grade A or B qualification in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region for sales of goods in fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification or Chiba University qualification. Applications accepted at designated offices as per government procurement notice dated March 31, 2026.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the procured products.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the specified date and place designated by the contract officer.
(5) Must have qualifications as specified by the contract officer under Article 7 of the Contract Handling Rules.
(6) Must not be under suspension of business by the contract officer.
