(3) 令和7・8・9年度農林水産省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格) 「役務の提供等」において「A」、 「B」又は「C」の等級に格付されている者であること。
(4) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。
(5) 農林水産本省物品の製造契約、物品の購入契約及び役務等契約指名停止等措置要領に基づく指名停止を受けている期間中の者でないこと。
(6) その他の競争参加資格については、入札説明書による。 3電子調達システム(GEPS)の利用本案件は、入札等を電子調達システムで行う対象案件である。なお、電子調達システムによりがたい者は、発注者に書面により申出のうえ、 紙入札等によることができる。
