1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 26, 72.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Survey aggregation support and analysis services for the visualization of management information in early childhood education and care for fiscal year 2026, 1 set.

(4) Performance period: From contract date until March 31, 2027.

(6) Tender method: The successful bidder will be decided by comprehensive evaluation method; documents for comprehensive evaluation (proposal, bid form, etc.) must be submitted. The bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Act. Minors or persons under guardianship may participate if consent is obtained. (2)-(9) Additional eligibility criteria including no suspension by Cabinet Office, qualification grades A or B for service provision in Kanto-Koshinetsu region, no false statements in application documents, no extreme deterioration in management or credit, compliance with social insurance payments for past 2 years, possession of Privacy Mark, JISQ 27001 or ISO/IEC27001 certification or equivalent operational rules, submission of pledge of non-affiliation with organized crime groups, no legal violations affecting fair execution or public trust, and internal education system including privacy protection, confidentiality, and security training.

Multiple bids may be submitted in advance for possible re-tendering. Telegram, fax, or email submissions are not accepted. No presentation at technical review committee. Bid opening: July 28, 2026, 15:00; no in-person attendance; results communicated individually by phone or email. Language and currency: Japanese and Japanese yen.
