1. Procurement details:

1. Submission of documents related to performance, functionality, technology, etc. for comprehensive evaluation is required.

2. The bid amount shall be the total of labor costs and material costs related to the procurement subject. The successful bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Rules.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Handling Rules.
(3) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for participation in sales of goods and provision of services, grades A, B, and C, with eligibility for the Kyushu/Okinawa region.
(4) Must have qualifications as determined by the financial officer based on Article 4 of the Contract Handling Rules.
(5) Must have a license for sales of highly controlled medical devices as per Article 39 of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(6) Must have a license for wholesale general sales of pharmaceuticals as per Article 26 of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(7) Must have a license for general sales of poisons and specified substances as per Article 4-2 of the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act.
