The bid amount shall include all costs required for delivery in addition to the purchase items. The winning bid amount will be the amount stated on the bid form plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders shall state on the bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses. The contract will be a unit price contract per item. Eligibility: Bidders must not fall under Article 6 or Article 7 of the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology Contract Handling Rules. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion may participate under special reasons. Bidders must hold Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for participation in the Tokai-Hokuriku region for sales of goods at grade A, B, or C.
