(6) 入札方法落札者の決定は、最低価格落札方式をもって行うので、 1入札者が提出する入札書は、調達件名にかかる直接経費の他、機材、資材、機械器具、運搬費等、業務委託に要する一切の諸経費を含め、契約金額を見積もるものとする。 2落札者決定にあたっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数がある場合は、その端数金額を切り捨てた金額とする。)をもって申込金額とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を記載した入札書を提出しなければならない。 2競争に参加する者に必要な資格に関する事項

(3) 資格審査結果通知書(全省庁統一資格)において「物品の販売」のうちA、B又はCの等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の競争資格を有する者。
