(5) Basic required specifications: A. The sustainable electronics printing prototyping system shall have both roll-to-roll printing equipment and sheet-to-sheet printing equipment. B. The roll-to-roll printing equipment shall transport a 300mm wide film substrate and form patterns by screen printing, and include three drying and sintering processes: drying, UV curing, and laser sintering. It shall also have a unit for surface treatment such as atmospheric-pressure plasma before screen printing. The screen printing shall be rotary type to support continuous printing. C.
