1. Procurement details:

Must prove ability to deliver goods at the date and place designated by the university president. Must have a license for medical device sales under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. Must not be under transaction suspension by the university president. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to deliver the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the president within 5 days before bid opening.
