Tender Notice:

1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Construction of the data linkage area for the information linkage platform enabling integration of public databases for fiscal year 2026.

(6) Tender method: The successful bidder will be decided by the lowest price bid method. The bid submitted by bidders must estimate the contract amount including direct expenses related to the procurement subject, as well as all expenses required for the entrusted work such as equipment, materials, machinery, transportation costs, etc. On the date of the announcement, the bid amount will be considered as the submitted amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must submit a bid form indicating 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.

2. Qualification requirements for participants:
(1) Those who fall under the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the National Cancer Center Contract Handling Rules are not eligible to participate.
(2) Those who have submitted false information in qualification application or attachments, or whose management or credit status has severely deteriorated, may be excluded.
(3) Those who have been rated A, B, or C in the 'Provision of Services, etc.' category in the unified qualification notification and have competition qualifications in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Those who can prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance related to purchased goods.

3. Location and period for contract terms:
