1 Procurement Details

(6) Tender method: The successful bidder will be decided by comprehensive evaluation, so bidders must submit documents regarding performance, functions, technology, etc. The bid price must include direct expenses related to the procurement subject during the contract period, as well as all expenses required for outsourcing such as equipment, materials, machinery, transportation, etc. The contract amount will be estimated accordingly. The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. 2 Eligibility for participation
(1) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for tender participation (Grade A, B or C for 'Provision of Services') with eligibility in the Kinki region. Applications for this qualification are accepted at designated offices as per the government procurement notice dated March 31, 2026.
(2) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization contract handling regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(3) Must not fall under Article 6 of the contract handling regulations.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the responsible officer based on Article 4 of the contract handling regulations.
(5) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the procured items. 3 Submission details
