1. The bid submitted by bidders must include all direct expenses related to the procurement subject, including equipment, materials, machinery, transportation costs, and all other expenses required for the commissioned work, and estimate the contract amount.

2. When determining the successful bidder, the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are rounded down) will be considered the application amount. Bidders must submit a bid indicating 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2. Qualifications required for participants:
Those who fall under the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the National Cancer Center contract handling rules cannot participate. Others may be excluded for reasons such as false statements in qualification documents or extremely poor management or credit status. Qualification screening results must show a grade of A, B, or C in manufacturing or sales of goods with competition eligibility in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. Proof of after-sales service and maintenance system readiness is required.
