1. Procurement Details:

Applicants must not be recognized as controlled by organized crime groups. Applicants must have obtained Information Security Management System certification (ISO27001/ISMS).
(9) The business management officer assigned must hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute or a PMS or higher qualification under the P2M qualification system of the Japan Project Management Association.
(10) Bidding documents must be downloaded from the electronic procurement system or obtained from the responsible officer.
(11) Submission Deadlines: Qualification application deadline is August 12, 2026, 17:00; bid submission deadline is September 10, 2026, 17:00. Opening date: September 14, 2026, 10:00 at the Chugoku Regional Development Bureau bidding room.
