1 Procurement details:

1. The successful bidder will be determined by a comprehensive evaluation method; therefore, documents related to performance, functions, and technology for comprehensive evaluation must be submitted.

2. The bid amount must include all costs in addition to the purchased goods, meeting the requirements specified in the specifications.

3. The winning price will be the bid amount plus consumption tax and local consumption tax (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state the bid amount excluding consumption tax and local consumption tax regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's unified qualification for 'sale of goods' and have nationwide eligibility. Applications are accepted at designated offices as per the government procurement announcement dated March 31, 2026.
(2) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Rules.
(3) Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Handling Rules.
