Bid method: The successful bidder will be decided by comprehensive evaluation bidding method; bidders must submit documents related to performance, function, and technology (hereinafter "documents for comprehensive evaluation"). The bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount, rounded down to the nearest yen. Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Eligibility: Must have contracting ability, not bankrupt or rehabilitated, rated A, B, or C in the "service provision" category for Kanto-Koshinetsu region in FY Reiwa 8 unified qualification. Those lending the goods to third parties must prove ability to lend themselves and to third parties, and maintenance system must be established.
