1 Procurement details:

(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling regulations of the National Research and Development Agency Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute.
(2) Must be rated A or B in "sales of goods" in the qualification for participation in competitive bidding for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027 by the National Research and Development Agency Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute or have registration in the Ibaraki Prefecture goods procurement competitive bidding participant list (goods and services). Those under corporate reorganization or civil rehabilitation procedures must have re-certification of eligibility according to procedures separately defined by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
(3) Must not be under corporate reorganization or civil rehabilitation procedures without re-certification.
(4) Must not be under suspension of designation by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries or the National Research and Development Agency Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute.
(5) Must be able to prove acquisition of ISO9001 or JIS Q9001 certification.
(6) Must be able to prove acquisition of ISMS certification based on ISO/IEC27001 or JISQ27001.
