(3) 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律に基づいて医薬品の一般販売業の許可を受けていることを証明した者であること。

(4) 購入物品に係る迅速なアフターサービス・メンテナンスの体制が整備されていることを証明した者であること。

(5) 国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の契約事務取扱細則第5条の規定に基づき、機構長が定める資格を有する者であること。
