1. Procurement content:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Complete set of obstetrics and gynecology training simulators.
(3) Characteristics of procurement subject: According to the bidding instructions.
(4) Delivery deadline: March 31, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: Chiba University Hospital.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 5 and 6 of the Chiba University Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion may be applicable under special reasons.
(2) Must have a grade A, B, C, or D qualification in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region for fiscal 2026 in the category of 'sales of goods' under the national unified qualification or Chiba University qualification.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the date and place designated by the contract officer.
(5) Must have qualifications as determined by the contract officer under Article 7 of the Chiba University Contract Handling Regulations.
(6) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contract officer.
