(2) 国の機関から指名停止又は一般競争参加資格　停止を受けている期間に該当しないこと。

(3) 令和7・8・9年度全省庁統一資格「役務の提供等」でA等級に格付けされた者であること。

(4) 本調達特記仕様書に基づく作業を実施する部門が情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムの規格である「ISMS(ISO/IEC 27001:2022又はJISQ27001:2023のいずれか)」の認証を受けていること。なお、履行期限　内に有効期限が切れる場合は、更新する旨の確約書も併せて提出すること。

(5) 令和3年度以降に、独立行政法人会計基準に基づく会計業務に関するシステムの改修、 構築、再構築、更改又は機種更新に係る業務実績を2件以上有すること。
