(3) 厚生労働省競争参加資格 (全省庁統一資格平成7・8・9年度)の「物品の販売(医療用機器類)」において、A、B、C又はD等級に格付けされ、東海・北陸地区又は近畿地区の競争資格を有するものであること。なお、 当該競争参加資格 については、令和8年3月31日付け号外政府調達第58号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受け付けている。
