Tender Qualifications
- Must have grade "A" or higher in "Provision of Services, etc." in the unified qualification for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
- Must not be subject to suspension of designation or suspension of general competitive bidding qualification or business suspension by any ministry or agency.
- Must have participated in the tender briefing.
- Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Act (Imperial Ordinance No. 165 of 1947). Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion are exceptions.
