① The bid submitted by bidders shall estimate the contract amount including direct expenses related to the procurement subject, equipment, materials, machinery, transportation costs, and all other expenses required for the outsourcing work.
② When deciding the first negotiation right holder, the bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down), so bidders must submit a bid stating 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses. *Excluding non-taxable transactions
2. Qualifications required for participants
(1) Those who fall under the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the National Cancer Center Contract Handling Rules cannot participate.
(2) Those who fall under the following may be excluded from participation:
① Those who have false statements in qualification application or attached documents
② Those whose management condition or creditworthiness has severely deteriorated
(3) Those who have been rated A, B, C, or D in "Manufacturing of goods" or "Sales of goods" in the qualification notification (unified qualification for all ministries) and have competition qualifications in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Those who can prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance related to purchased goods, except for service provision.
