3. Qualifications required for participants
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Contract Handling Regulations of National University Corporation Institute of Science Tokyo (Science Tokyo).
(2) Must be rated A, B, C, or D in the "Sales of goods" category for the Kanto-Koshinetsu region in the FY2026 unified qualification for participation in national competitive bidding.
(3) Must have qualifications prescribed by the university based on Article 6 of the Contract Handling Regulations.
(4) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the university.
(5) Must meet conditions specified in the bidding documents issued by the university.

Bids by those without the qualifications in item 3 or those violating bidding conditions will be invalid.
