2. Qualifications Required for Participants in Competitive Bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in "Manufacture of Goods" or "Sales of Goods" according to the qualification screening rules related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
