2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling regulations of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the "sale of goods" category according to the qualification screening handling regulations related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications in the unified qualification system of all ministries and agencies are considered equivalent.
