2 Tender Participation Qualifications

(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Handling Regulations.
(3) Must have A, B, or C grade in 'Provision of Services' under the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare unified qualification for competition participation in the Kinki region.
