The following is announced for open competitive bidding (reverse auction method).
1. Matters subject to competitive bidding
(1) Contract description: Maintenance of automatic quality control equipment for PET
(2) Bidding method: Bidding will be conducted by reverse auction method. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status.
(3) Contract location: Kanazawa University Hospital
(4) Contract period: From October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029
2. Qualifications required for participants
(1) Must not fall under Articles 30 and 31 of Kanazawa University accounting regulations.
(2) Must be rated A, B, C, or D in the national unified qualification for service provision in the Tokai-Hokuriku region for fiscal 2026.
(3) If business operation requires permits or licenses by law, proof of such must be provided.
(4) Must have qualifications prescribed by the university president under Article 32, Paragraph 3 of Kanazawa University accounting regulations.
