1. Subject of competitive bidding:
Prototype of 65nm CMOS process integrated circuit small chip.
2. Qualifications required for participants:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of the Contract Administration Rules.
(2) Must have qualification for "manufacturing of goods" under the national unified qualification for competitive participation.
(3) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the Director of the Organization.
(4) Must have qualifications prescribed by the Director based on Article 5 of the Contract Administration Rules.
