The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology hereby announces a general competitive tender as follows.
1. Subject of Competitive Tender
(1) Name: Operation and Maintenance of System for Japan Food Standard Composition Table
(2) Contract Period: From contract signing date until March 31, 2027
2. Qualifications Required for Participation
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Act. Minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent for contract signing may be exceptions under special reasons.
(2) Must have qualification grade A, B, C, or D for "Provision of Services, etc." under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's unified competition qualification for fiscal year 2026, and have competition participation qualification in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(3) Must have qualifications designated by the expenditure responsible officer based on Article 73 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Act.
