Public Tender Notice: The following general competitive bidding is announced. September 24, 2026, President FUJII Teruo, The University of Tokyo. Procurement agency number 415, location number 13. No. 52.

1 Procurement details

2 Eligibility for participation in competition
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of the Contract Handling Regulations of The University of Tokyo.
(2) Bidders must be rated A, B, or C in the "Provision of Services, etc." category for the Kanto-Koshinetsu region in the 2027 fiscal year national unified qualification for participation in competition. Applications are accepted at the designated application reception offices listed in the supplementary table of the Government Procurement Gazette No. 58 dated March 31, 2026.
(3) Those who intend to lend the procured items to third parties must prove they have the ability to lend the items themselves and to third parties, and must prove that a maintenance system for the borrowed items is established.
