2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling regulations of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C grade for "manufacture of goods" or "sale of goods" according to the qualification screening handling regulations related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
