2. Qualifications Required for Participants in Competitive Bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Contract Handling Rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C for “Manufacture of Goods” or “Sale of Goods” according to the Qualification Examination Handling Rules for Competitors in Contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified qualification system of all ministries are deemed to have the same rating.
