1. Each bidder shall submit a bid including direct expenses related to the procurement subject, as well as all other expenses required for the work such as equipment, materials, machinery, transportation, etc., estimating the contract amount.
2. In determining the successful bidder, the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down) will be considered the application amount. (2) Those who fall under the following may be excluded from participation:
1. Those who have submitted false information in qualification application or attached documents
2. Those whose management condition or creditworthiness has severely deteriorated
(3) Those who have been rated A, B, or C in "Manufacture of products" or "Sales of products" in the qualification notification (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) and have competition qualifications in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Those who can prove they have a system for after-sales service and maintenance.
