The winning bid will be decided by a comprehensive evaluation method as follows:
1 Submit a technical specification response regarding performance, functions, and technology for comprehensive evaluation.
2 The bid price must include all costs required to meet the content specified in (3), and be stated on the bid form.
The winning price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must submit a bid form stating 100/110 of the estimated amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation
(1) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for "sale of goods" at grade A, B, C, or D and have eligibility in the region where the hospital receiving the equipment is located.
(2) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Rules.
(3) Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Handling Rules.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the accounting officer based on Article 4 of the Contract Handling Rules.
