The following items are subject to open competitive bidding (descending bid method).
1. Items subject to competitive bidding
(1) Purchased goods and quantities: Laser Raman Spectroscopy Equipment LabRAM HR-800 parts manufactured by Horiba, CCD detector (Peltier cooled type) Syncerity OE, and two other components as a set (details as per bidding instruction document).
(2) Bidding method: The bidding will be conducted by descending bid method. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in their bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.

2. Qualifications required for participants
