This device has the function to measure and analyze reflection attenuation distribution, reflection point location, and propagation loss in optical circuits with high spatial resolution. 2. Qualifications required for participants in competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the AIST Contract Handling Regulations.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C grade for "manufacture of goods" or "sale of goods" under AIST's competitive participant qualification screening regulations. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified government certification are considered as having the same grade.
(3) Small and medium enterprises with technical capabilities meeting any of the items 1 to 7 of Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the AIST competitive participant qualification screening regulations may participate regardless of the grade in (2).
(4) Must not be under suspension of designation based on AIST's contract-related suspension measures from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
