1. Matters subject to competitive bidding
(1) Subject: Complete set of Box cloud shared storage system and Box operation support management tools
(2) Delivery deadline: March 31, 2027 (Wednesday)
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competition
Participants eligible for this competition must not be under suspension of transactions by the contracting officer of National University Corporation Hokkaido University of Education according to Articles 4 and 5 of the Contract Handling Regulations, and must hold the national competition participation qualification (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) or the competition participation qualification certified by National University Corporation Hokkaido University of Education, graded A, B, C, or D for "sales of goods" in the Hokkaido region for fiscal year 2026 (a copy of the qualification examination result notification must be submitted).

7. Bid bond:
Exempted. However, if the successful bidder does not conclude the contract, a penalty equivalent to 5% of the bid price must be paid.

9. Invalid bids
Bids submitted by those without the required competition participation qualifications, those who failed to fulfill obligations required of bidders, or other bids listed in Article 21 of the Contract Handling Regulations of National University Corporation Hokkaido University of Education will be invalid.

11. Other matters
(1) In determining the successful bid, the bid price will be the amount obtained by adding 10% of the bid amount stated in the bid document (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Therefore, bidders must state in the bid document an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
