1. Matters subject to competitive bidding
(1) Service title
FY2026 Information Security Measures Enhancement Service Contract (hereinafter referred to as "the service contract").
(2) Nature of the service
According to the bidding documents and specifications.
(3) Contract period
From the date of contract conclusion until March 25, 2027.
(4) Bidding method
Bidding will be conducted for this service contract. The bid amount shall be stated in the bid form as the cost related to the service contract in the specifications. The successful bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders shall state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
Participants must meet all of the following:
(1) Registered in the competitive bidding participant list based on the guidelines for participation qualifications and nomination criteria for contracts related to purchase of goods, with business category registered as "T Computer Services" or "U Others" with subcategory "Others".
(2) Not subject to suspension of nomination by Miyazaki Prefecture from the date of this announcement until the bid and opening date.
(3) Registered in the "Information Security Audit Service" and "Vulnerability Diagnosis Service" fields of the "Information Security Service Standard Conformant Service List" published by the Information-Technology Promotion Agency, Japan.
(4) Have at least one record of conducting information security audit services for national or local government entities since FY2021.
(5) Have confidentiality provisions in employment regulations or confidentiality agreements between employer and employee.
3. Application method for obtaining participation qualifications for those not meeting 2(1)
