2 Eligibility for Participation
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Regulations (Contract Regulations). Minors or persons under guardianship may participate if necessary consent is obtained.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Regulations.
(3) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for manufacturing or sales of goods at grade A, B, or C, with nationwide eligibility.
(4) Must prove notification of sales business for medical devices under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act.
(5) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(6) Must have qualifications designated by the accounting officer under Article 4 of the Contract Regulations.
