1. The bid submitted by one bidder shall include direct expenses related to the procurement subject, equipment, materials, machinery and tools, transportation costs, and all other expenses required for the contract.
2. In determining the first negotiation right holder, the bid amount will be considered as the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must submit a bid amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status, except when the consumption tax rate differs.
3. This competition is conducted on a total price basis.
2. Qualifications required for participants
(1) Those who fall under the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the NCC contract handling regulations cannot participate.
(2) Those who have submitted false information or have severely deteriorated management or credit status may be excluded.
(3) Participants must have a unified qualification certificate rating of A, B, C, or D for "manufacturing" or "sales" of goods, and have competition qualification in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Participants must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance related to the purchased goods, except for service provision.
